Shipping and returns

How much does your shipping cost?  
Shipping is free for all orders over £25 on our website throughout the whole of United Kingdom. The shipping time will be 2 to 4 working days.

For orders below £25 we handle the following fees:

  • UK standard delivery £3.95 (2-4 working days)
  • DPD next day delivery £5.95 (1-2 working days) This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

At the moment we do not ship outside of the UK yet.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit, credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Klarna.

I ordered the wrong colour, can I swap for another?

Once an order has been processed we are unable to make any changes unfortunately.

What do I do if I receive a broken, missing or defective item?

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched to our customers. However unfortunately it can happen that your items have been damaged during transit, in this case please send us an email immediately with an image. Damaged items that are in an unusable condition will be replaced. If you have received the wrong item or a missing item, that is totally on us and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. In that case we’ll be more than happy to replace the item. With regards to a defective item; please note our lamps have a general warranty of 1 year. To get a replacement lamp, you just have to email us.
